This payout supply device comprises a means which pays out certainly a folded paper or a packing bag containing an article in a stocker 8 one by one by a forward conveyer 4 and a regulation roller 5, a means which cuts off the ranging and fed folded papers or the packing bags containing articles respectively by the next rapid conveyer 9 and a guide roller 10, and a means which revises a distortion of the folded paper or the packing bag containing an article at the time of being paid out by an extrusion rod and a regulation stopper 22.
