Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable connecting a call unable to secure a line due to a system failure and a line busy, in a system having an IP-PBX installed at a base, to efficiently process a speech communication call efficiently as an overall system.SOLUTION: In a PBX cooperation system in which a base system including the IP-PBX is connected to a cloud PBX through a public network and an IP network, the cloud PBX retains a base number of the base system and cloud line information for connecting an extension number with an extension terminal of the cloud PBX to which an IP address is given. Then, if an IP-PBX line is not available when a call is originated from an IP-PBX extension terminal in the base system or a call is incoming to the IP-PBX extension terminal, the IP-PBX originates or terminates such a call from/to the extension terminal of the cloud PBX, using a cloud line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
