To provide a PCB connection device and an FPD module assembling device which can prevent a PCB and a mounting member from being damaged by a support member.

A PCB connection device 70 includes a substrate holding part 94, a main crimping part 76, and a PCB support part 95. The substrate holding part 94 holds a display substrate 101, and the main crimping part 76 connects a PCB 103 to a mounting member 102 mounted on the display substrate 101 held by the substrate holding part 94. The PCB support part 95 is provided on the substrate holding part 94 and includes a support member 97 supporting the PCB 103 connected to the mounting member 102 and a moving mechanism 98 for moving the support member. The moving mechanism 98 moves the support member 97 between a support position where the support member 97 is brought into contact with a lower surface of the PCB 103 and a standby position provided below the support position.
