Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter having pearl gloss without utilizing a multiple interference of light.SOLUTION: For printing a print ink layer 2 on a base material 1 having metallic gloss, the print ink layer is configured with a mix ink obtained by mixing a white ink and a medium. Regarding a mixture ratio of the white ink and the medium being 1:1 in a weight ratio as a halftone 70%, the mix ink is a halftone 20-80%. A reflectance regularly reflected at a metallic gloss surface is scattered by a tiny amount of white pigment included in the print ink layer. Beams of the scattered light interfere with each other to give a pearl tone to a printed matter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
