To provide a pedestrian traffic light device by which safe and untroubled crossing is performed by informing a person who is under crossing or starts the crossing from now on of how much the remaining time when a crossing permission signal is lit, without providing a parallel device part except the traffic light and which can be installed at construction costs as usual.

All LEDs of a waiting time display part 13 are lit simultaneously as lighting of a crossing prohibition signal display part 12 and turned off from an LED at an upper end. Waiting time is learned from a turn off state of the LEDs. Then, all LEDs of a crossing remaining time display part 15 are lit simultaneously as lighting of a crossing permission signal display part 14 and turned off from an LED at an upper end. A pedestrian learns the remaining time from the turn off state of the LEDs and complete the crossing safely with margin.
