Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject film capable of being easily heat-sealed to various substrates and capable of being peeled by small peel force by adding a specific block copolymer, an anti-sticking concentrate and an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer to provide a predetermined thickness.

CONSTITUTION: This film contains about 35-65% of an A-B-A block copolymer [A is one derived from PS (homologue) and B is one derived from a lower alkene (e.g. ethylene/butene polymer) and about 30 wt.% of mineral oil is contained], about 10% of erucamide anti-sticking concentrate (e.g. CE-9619-1 by Du Pont Co.) and about 15-55% of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer and has thickness of about 0.0005-0.02 in.
