Abstract:
To rectify a flaw of a conventional peeler wherein the same may only be used linearly on a round vegetable, fruit or the like, and its use is structurally limited.
The peeler includes a blade holding part (4), (5) formed on both center ends of a moderately arced disc (1), a handle (3) joined perpendicularly on a center axis in a center of the disc (1), and a blade body (2) fitted in the blade holding parts (4), (5).
