PURPOSE: To facilitate a control at the time of peeling by winding a peeled body fixed to a reference body in a Z shape around a mobile table which is arranged on a base and movable in a specific direction, and peeling the body at a specific peeling angle.
CONSTITUTION: The reference material 2 on which the peeled body 1 is stuck is fixed to the base 3 by a metallic fixture 10. The mobile mechanism 4 is installed on the base 3 and the mobile table 6 which has a pin 5 is driven and controlled to move. The peeled body 1 is wound in the Z shape at the peeling angle θa through the pin 5 and its terminal is fixed by the metallic fixture 8 fitted to a load sensor 7. The sensor 7 is installed in a fine jogging table 9, which is moved as shown by an arrow to adjust the peeling angle θa optionally. Thus, the peeled body 1 is wound in the Z shape to set the peeling angle θa almost when the terminal of the peeled material 1 and the metallic fixture 8 are fixed, and a fine adjustment is made by the movement of the fine jogging table 9. Then, the peeling angle θa is held constant throughout the peeling operation.
