To provide a method for peeling off a backing cloth from a fiber-based wadding material capable of giving excellent fiber recovering fraction and increasing an amount of reusable fibers.
This invention relates to a recovered material of a fiber-based wadding material obtained by laminating a fibers web layer 1 comprising infinite fiber filaments to a backing cloth 2 and making both connect in one body with many filament bundles 3 by applying needle punching from the fibers web layer side. The needle punching process is applied from the backing cloth side and confounding strength of the fiber filaments in the fibers web layer 1 is increased to prevent interlayer separation in the fibers web layer 1, then the backing cloth is peeled off from the fibers web layer 1.
