Abstract:
To solve a problem that, since there is no vegetable fuel in place of A-heavy oil mainly used at present as fuel in a boiler for a heat source etc., the A-heavy oil which is fossil fuel is necessarily used, thus causing the emission of CO2.
In a device for generating a heat source in place of conventional A-heavy oil, a vegetable residue and waste materials are solidified and molded by 20-30% of waste plastic and treated to form pellets. By burning the pellets while supplying air by a rotation type pellet burner having a double structure, a high heat quantity can be generated and the emission of CO2 can be reduced.
