The pencil-like cosmetic is obtained by compounding (a) 5-20 mass% behenyl alcohol, (b) 5-20 mass% trimethylsiloxysilicic acid, and (c) 1-20 mass% semisolid oil component having a melting point of 30-50°C composed of at least one selected from dipentaerythrityl hexahydroxystearate, bis-diglyceryl polyacyl adipate-2, and a hydroxyalkyl dimer dilinoleyl ether.
