Title:
PENDULUM TYPE SEMI-AUTOMATIC FOCUSING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5827133
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To decrease out of focus by setting a distance detecting lever in an intermediate distance position during film winding so that the lens is focused at intermediate distances of high use frequencies even when the user forgets to measure distances.

CONSTITUTION: When the user rotates a winding wheel 10, a photographic film is wound by one frame; at the same time, a shutter device is charged. At this time, a distance detecting lever 51 is pushed in a right or left direction according to the previous object distance by the pin 50 of a cam 11, and is thereby moved to the position of an intermediate distance where the lever is detained by a detaining lever 55. When a distance measuring lever 56 is pushed, the lever 55 rotates to release the lever 51, then said lever is pushed rightward and is moved from the position of the intermediate distance to the position of a near distance. On the other hand, a pendulum member 65 displaces at the angle corresponding to the inclination of the camera body, and when the user releases the finger from the lever 56 while holding the camera body inclined forward, the lever 51 moves to the left toward the infinite position.
