The penis reinforcement comprises a tubular body made of a flexible material such as a silicone resin or the like, slits formed in the longitudinal direction of the tubular body from a fitting port on one end of the tubular body, and a cover made of a flexible material such as a silicone resin or the like which is put on the other end of the tubular body toward the fitting port. A condom may be used instead of the cover. The penis reinforcement may be provided with a vibrator for giving vibrating stimulation to the penis.
