Abstract:
To provide a medicinal product intended for treatment and prevention of infections, inflammations and tumors, and a food stuff containing the product such as an infant formula food.
There is provided a new peptide formed of at least seven sequential amino acids of the amino acids in position 12-40 counted from the N-terminal end in the sequence constituting human lactoferrin, and preferably its modified product.
