Abstract:
To provide novel constructs containing two or more polypeptides that have the property of releasing an active ingredient at a specific site in the intestinal tract after oral administration, in the treatment of intestinal diseases.SOLUTION: Provided is a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of a disease of the intestinal tract by oral administration, containing as an active ingredient a construct containing a first immunoglobulin chain variable domain and a second immunoglobulin chain variable domain, the first and second immunoglobulin chain variable domains that constitute the construct being linked by a specific labile peptide linker, and each of them being substantially resistant to trypsin.SELECTED DRAWING: None
