Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a scratch medical treatment promoting operation by containing a peptide indicated by means of a formula in a living body organism.
SOLUTION: About 100 mg peptide expressed by the formula is dissolved in about 50 ml ethanol. The living body organism sewing thread, for example, PGA-system sewing thread is impregnated in the solution, taken-out of it and dried by blowing. Sewing thread such as a polyester-system or a polypropylene- system, etc., PGA-PLA-system sewing thread or polydioxanon-system sewing thread, etc., is used as living body organism sewing thread, which is used conventionally in addition to PGA-system sewing thread. A biogradation sewing thread is absorbed after the coherent of a scratch so that it is suitable when remaining as an in-body foreign matter is not required. By the configuration, tensile force is increased and the scratch medical treatment promoting operation and an organism sewing effect are improved.
