Abstract:
To provide a percutaneous absorption fentanyl patch having low skin stimulation, extremely high transdermal delivery rate of fentanyl and high drug stability with time.
The method for producing a percutaneous absorption path containing fentanyl or its salt as an active component, a rubber component as an adhesive base material and a rosin-based resin as a tackifier in a plaster layer comprises a step to obtain a plaster composition by treating a rosin-based resin with an antioxidation agent and mixing the treated rosin with a rubber component and fentanyl or its salt.
