To realize a percutaneously applicable preparation of midodrine, capable of maintaining the concentration of the active form of midodrine in plasma for a long period of time and controlling the blood pressure suitable for the treatment of mainly essential hypotension and orthostatic hypotension.

This percutaneously applicable preparation of midodrine is obtained by incorporating a polar solvent and an absorprtion-accelerating agent or further a basic substance for improving the percutaneous absorption property of midodrine extremely and capable of transporting the same into the blood.
