PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfluoro(poly)ether group-containing silane compound suitable for formation of a surface treatment layer having endurance against UV.SOLUTION: A perfluoro(poly)ether group-containing silane compound comprises a structure represented by -PFPE-X-SiRRR. For example, PFPE represents a perfluoro(poly)ether group; X represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkylene group having 2-20 carbon atoms; Rrepresents a functional group containing Si; Rrepresents a hydroxyl group or a hydrolyzable group; Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group; k represents an integer of 1-3; each of l and m represents an integer of 0-2; and the sum of k, l and m in each -SiRRRmoiety is 3.SELECTED DRAWING: None
