Abstract:
To provide a technology which reduces burden on a thumb hooked on a thumb rest, and improves operability of a wind instrument.SOLUTION: A performance auxiliary tool 10 for a wind instrument comprises a neck wearing part 11 which is worn around a player's neck, two first hanging strap parts 12 which extend from both ends of the neck wearing part 11, a joining part 13 where the two first hanging strap parts 12 join, a branch part 15 provided beyond the joining part, an upper branch part 16 which extends from the branch part 15 and comprises a first engagement member 161 at a distal end, and a lower branch part 17 which extends from the branch part 15 and comprises a second engagement member 171 at the distal end. The first engagement member 161 is engaged with a first engagement object member 22 provided above a thumb rest 21 of a wind instrument 20. The second engagement member 171 is engaged with a second engagement object member 31 provided below the thumb rest 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
