PURPOSE: To permit the performance evaluation of a missile with respect to a moving target by a method wherein the moving target is generated, and the position as well as the speed of the target are calculated from the data of the moving target.

CONSTITUTION: The motion of a target, consisting of the position as well as the speed of the target, is calculated by a target motion operating device 3 employing moving target data generated by a moving target generating device 2. On the other hand, the motion of a missile, consisting of the position as well as the speed of the missile upon vertical ascending, is calculated by a motion operating device 4 upon vertical ascending employing environmental data inputted into an environmental data inputting device 1. The motion of the missile upon controlling the direction of a thrust, which is constituted of the position as well as the speed of the missile, is calculated by a motion operating device 5 upon controlling direction of thrust. Further, the motion of the missile upon navigating, which is constituted of the position as well as the speed of the missile, is calculated by a motion operating device 6 upon navigation employing the environmental data. Respective motions consisting of the position as well as the speed of the missile, which are calculated respectively as described above, are indicated by respective moving condition indicating device 7. According to this method, the performance evaluation of the missile with respect to the moving target can be effected.
