Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance tool for events which can be manufactured at a comparatively low cost, and has a utility value for occasions other than events as well.
SOLUTION: An infrared event signal for which a control signal is amplified and modulated by an infrared carrier wave of a frequency being approximately equal to the carrier frequency of an infrared remote control signal is recognized. Then, actuating parts (6A and 6B) perform specified motions by the control signal which is demodulated from the infrared event signal for this performance tool for event. The actuating parts (6A and 6B) perform the specified motions even when a discriminating unit (11) recognizes the photo reception of the infrared remote control signal. Since a general purpose element which is used on the light receiving side of the infrared remote control signal can be used for a photo detector (7) and a demodulating element (10) of the performance tool, the performance tool can be manufactured at a low cost, and also, can be utilized as a toy which is operated even by the infrared remote control signal after bringing it home from an event.
