PURPOSE: To increase a fragrant effect and to prevent loss of a beauty feeling by providing a perfume holding plate at the lower inside of a diffusing grill of the ceiling of a body, and providing a perfume box containing perfume on the plate, a perfume fragrance opening, and a damper.

CONSTITUTION: Since a damper 15 is opened during the operation of a blower 18 and a perfume fragrance opening 19 is opened, perfume 13 is evaporated, odor is evaporated from the opening 19, mixed with cold or hot air in a diffuser 10, and diffused into a room through a diffusing grill 11 while accelerating the fragrance in the diffuser 10. When the blower 18 is stopped, the damper 15 is closed and the opening 19 is also closed. Accordingly, evaporation of the perfume 13 can be suppressed to a minimum. The perfume 13 can be visually observed from the diffuser 10 at the time of opening, the residue can be confirmed, and the box 12 can be easily replaced by removing the grill 11.
