PURPOSE: To efficiently inspect plural peripheral devices of the material reloading system.

CONSTITUTION: When the peripheral devices of the material reloading system are inspected, an inspector switches the setting of control to 'inspection mode' at a command station 1, which performs control for inspection over the peripheral devices such as an arrival setting board 2, an entrance gate front sensor 3, an entrance gate 4, an entrance gate area sensor 5, an entrance gate rear sensor 6, patrol light 7a and 7b, speakers 8a and 8b, exit gate front sensor 10, an exit gate area sensor 11, an exit gate 12, an exit gate rear sensor 13, and blusters B1-B4 according to a program 21b for inspection.
