Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the number of times of input of a vertical line key and cursor move keys by providing a means which draws a vertical line from the block where a cursor exists to unused blocks, a means which moves the cursor to the right of the vertical line, and a means which moves the cursor to the first column of the first row and erases the vertical line. CONSTITUTION:A vertical line is automatically drawn from the block, where the cursor exists, to unused blocks continuous in the column direction at the time of adding plural coils to reduce the number of times of input of a vertical line key 22. The cursor is moved to the right of this vertical line at the time of line feed after coil input to omit input of a key 19 which moves the cursor right. When vertical lines are unnecessary because of too many vertical lines, vertical lines in the row where the cursor exists and following rows can be erased at a time. Thus, input of a key 24 which moves the cursor left and the operation to erase these unnecessary vertical lines are omitted.
