Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a permanent magnet and a magnetizing device in which the uniformity of magnetization characteristics of a magnetic pattern magnetized with multiple poles on the surface of a magnetized object is improved.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a permanent magnet by a magnetizing device 1 includes a heating step of arranging a magnetic field portion 6 in which a plurality of magnetizing permanent magnets for applying a magnetic field for magnetization to an object 100 to be magnetized are arranged at predetermined intervals in the vicinity of the object 100 to be magnetized, and raising the temperature of the object 100 to a temperature equal to or higher than the Curie point of the object to be magnetized, and a magnetizing step of lowering the temperature of the object 100 to be magnetized, which has reached the Curie point or above, to a temperature below the Curie point, and continuing to apply a magnetizing magnetic field to the object 100 to be magnetized by the magnetic field portion 6, and the magnetizing permanent magnet is an isotropic SmCo sintered magnet with a predetermined shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
