Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a well-balanced rotor by using a magnetic powder with a large magnetic energy as the magnet of a permanent magnet rotor and then performing hardening by pressing.
CONSTITUTION: A rib material 5 of a non-magnetic body is provided between an inner cylinder 2 of a ferromagnetic body and a strong and non-magnetic body outer cylinder 4 for joining them, a magnet powder 3 is filled into space of these structures, and then the magnet powder 3 is hardened by pressing, and is impregnated with molten aluminum or synthetic resin material and solidified.
