Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide one permanent magnet for one pole, to enlarge reluctance torque in a permanent magnet type motor, and to provide a highly efficient motor.
SOLUTION: In an inner rotor type permanent magnet type motor, a rotor core 10 is composed of first and second cores 13 and 16, two permanent magnets 11 of identical poles (S-poles) are embedded in the first core 13 and holes 12 for flux barriers are formed in different poles (positions where the respective permanent magnets 11 are rotated by π/4). Two permanent magnets 14 of the identical poles (N-poles) are embedded in the second core 16 and holes 15 for flux barrier are formed in different poles (positions where the respective permanent magnets 14 are rotated by π/4). The permanent magnets 11 and the holes 15 are positioned opposite and are in a relation such that the holes 15 are contained in the areas of the permanent magnets 11. The permanent magnets 14 and the holes 12 are positioned opposite and are in a relation such that the holes 12 are contained in the areas of the permanent magnets 14.
