Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a perpetuum mobile by penetrating a rotatable rod with a number of objects to receive the buoyancy and installing a surfacing preventive device near the surface of the liquid.
CONSTITUTION: A number of objects 2 to receive the buoyancy shall penetrate a rotatable cylindrical rod 1, which is sunk in a liquid 4, and a surfacing preventive device 3 is installed near the surface of this liquid. According to this arrangement, the rod 1 should rotate without any energy fed from outside.
