Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a sustained release state of zero order capable of more uniformly releasing a medicinal agent for curing for a long time. CONSTITUTION: This sustained release formulation is prepared by combining a high viscosity-HPMC (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), a predetermined low viscosity-HPMC and a medicinal agent effective for curing.
