Abstract:
To provide a personal computer which exhibits optimal CPU performance automatically according to the use environment and in which the noise of a cooling fan is reduced to the minimum.
The noise of a cooling fan 20 under an operating environment measured by a sound collecting microphone 11 is compared with a noise set value stored beforehand in an environment setting data base 16 by an integral comparing application control part 15, and the number of rotation control of the cooling fan 20 and the performance control of a CPU 18 are realized based on the noise.
