PURPOSE: To provided a low-priced personal information equipment which can exchange information through a telephone line and can automatically, efficiently and further exactly manage the schedules of plural persons.

CONSTITUTION: A telephone line connection part 15 and an information exchange part 14 receive schedule condition information made into DTMF signals transmitted from the personal information equipment on the party side through a telephone line 2. According to this received schedule condition information and schedule information stored in a personal schedule information storage part 12 beforehand, a schedule control part 13 decides unset schedule time information. The information exchange part 14 exchanges this decided unset schedule time information into the DTMF signals, outputs the signals through the telephone line connection part 15 to the telephone line 2 and transmits them to the personal information equipment on the party side.
