Title:
PERSPIRATION MANIKIN DEVICE AND MEASURING METHOD USING THIS DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3633525
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perspiration manikin device which makes the reproduction of large-amount (liquid phase) perspiration environment possible in order to make it possible to evaluate athletically assumed thermal comfortability and permits to obtain postures such as rising, sitting and bedding down and to provide a measuring method using this device.
SOLUTION: This perspiration manikin device is provided with a perspiration hole 110a, a mimic skin layer 130 disposed to cover a main body wall 100A including this perspiration hole, a heater 120 disposed on the inside surface side of the main body wall 100A, moisture regulating means 111 communicated with the perspiration hole 110a in order to feed the prescribed amount of the moisture to the perspiration hole 110a, a temperature sensor 140 and a temperature and humidity sensor 150 in the prescribed positions of the main body wall 100A shaping the human body figuration of the device described above. The perspiration control of the perspiration manikin device is performed by dividing the body surface to 9 locations in total and disposing the moisture regulating means 111 by each of the respective locations.
