To provide a stable installation state, usability for both water sprinkling and repulsing of pest animals in combination, and further installability even in a place unconnectable to water supply.

A stand type is obtained by installing a water jetting means at the tip of a liquid supply pipe stood from an upper wall of a water storage tank at the lower end and interposing a control box in the intermediate position in the vertical directions of the liquid supply pipe. The control box is equipped with an opening and closing valve for the liquid supply pipe, an infrared sensor for detecting the pest animals, a temperature sensor for correcting a detection signal with the infrared sensor, an operation switch for changing over to repulsing of the pest animals and water sprinkling, a control panel for receiving the detection signal with the infrared sensor corrected with the temperature sensor and a signal from the operation switch, and performing opening and closing operation of the opening and closing valve, and a battery-housing part to be a power source. The water storage tank used as the stand type supporting table at the lower end has an external shape larger than the water jetting means and the control box, and makes the water storage weight function as a weight. A joint part to a water supply hose is installed so as to be freely openable and closable.
