Abstract:
PURPOSE: To constitute the roaster so that heating can be stopped, when water in a water pan is gone, and also, cooking of roasted meat at a lower tempera ture than a prescribed temperature, in which it is unnecessary to put water into the water pan can be executed.
CONSTITUTION: In the case selection by a selection switch 8 is roasted meat of a high temperature, a control circuit 7 controls a solenoid valve 9 to a closed state, when a temperature detector 6 generates a no-water detecting signal, and puts out the fire by cutting off forcibly supply of gas to a gas burner 1. On the other hand, in the case selection by the selection switch 8 is roasted meat of a low temperature, the control circuit 7 maintains the solenoid valve 9 in an open state and executes the supply of gas to the gas burner 1, even in the case of a state that the temperature detector 6 is generating the no-water detecting signal.
