Abstract:

To provide a phantom for probe evaluation during surgery, which can accurately simulate real clinical use.

The phantom 1, for probe evaluation during the operation, has the inside 3 of an abdomen simulator 2, which is a hollow body simulating the abdomen of a human body, kept filled with a plurality of internal organ simulators 5 which simulate internal organs. The abdomen simulator 2 and the internal organ simulator 5 are vessels which encapsulate a solution including a radonuclide so as to exchange it. In addition, the abdomen simulator 2 forms a slit 4, to insert a probe 10 during the operation to the inside 3.
