The pharmaceutical composition comprises a compound represented by general formula (I) (A is pyrimidine or the like; R1is a 1-6C alkyl, hydroxymethyl, a 1-6C alkoxymethyl or a 1-6C haloalkyl; R2and R3are different and each a 1-6C alkyl, hydroxymethyl, a 1-6C alkoxymethyl or a 1-6C haloalkyl; R4is a 1-6C alkyl, a 1-6C alkoxy, a 1-6C hydroxyalkyl, a 1-6C haloalkyl, a hydroxy group or a hydrogen atom; R5, R6and R7are each a 1-6C alkyl, a 1-6C alkoxy, a 1-6C hydroxyalkyl, a 1-6C haloalkyl, a hydroxy group, a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom) or its physiologically acceptable salt or ester.
