Abstract:
To provide a pharmaceutical composition containing nano-size particles of a stable Cox-2 inhibitor, and a method of producing the pharmaceutical composition.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition comprises: particles of a Cox-2 inhibitor having an average particle diameter of 50 nm to 500 nm; and at least one dispersant selected from hydroxypropylcellulose having molecular weight of 100,000 or less and polyvinylpyrrolidone having molecular weight of 100,000 or less.
