Abstract:
To provide a pharmaceutical preparation having an excellent performance to give almost no injury to the intestinal mucosa.
The pharmaceutical preparation of the present invention containing pharmacologically active substances and agents for accelerating medicine absorption, the preparation is characterized by formulating with taurin compounds. The taurin compounds having activities for inhibiting and preventing the injuries in the intestinal mucosa. Therefore, taurin compounds are formulated with the pharmaceutical composition containing the pharmacologically active substances and agents for accelerating medicine absorption, so that the injuries being caused by the agents for accelerating medicine absorption can be inhibited or protected.
