Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pharmaceutical preparation capable of dissociating various compounds having free amino acid groups corresponding to a pH value by including a compound obtained by reacting the compound having the free amino acid group with saccharides having reducibility. SOLUTION: The objective preparation is obtained by including a compound obtained by reacting 1 pts.wt. of a compound having a free amino acid group (e.g. enkephalin) or a compound having the free amino acid group modified by a medicine carrier (e.g. liposome) with 10-1000 pts.wt. of saccharides having reducibility (e.g. glucose) in an aqueous solution having pH 7.5-10 at 20-50 deg.C for 1-96 hr. The various compounds having the free amino acid groups are specifically dissociated only at the target portion with lowered pH value such as an inflammatory portion and a tumor portion to manifest the activities, and the effect such as reduction of side effect is expected. When the preparation is administered in a body, pharmacokinetics is changed compared to an unmodified medicine, and the effect such as improvement of sustainability in the blood is expected.
