Abstract:
To provide a pharmacokinetic reconstruction system and a pharmacokinetic reconstruction method capable of confirming the response of a test subject to drugs without using experimental animals and without using a large amount of drugs.SOLUTION: A microchip 2 is provided with a flow passage 12 through which a mixed solution of a chemical solution and a diluted solution flows. The microchip 2 is provided with a holding unit 15 in the flow passage 12 that holds living cells C and exposes them to the mixed solution. An adjustment unit 5 adjusts the concentration of the drug solution flowing through the flow passage 12 so that the fluctuation of the drug concentration in the body of the individual when a drug related to the drug solution is administered to the individual is reproduced by the holding unit 15, while continuing to flow the mixed solution into the flow passage 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
