To improve health promotion for a customer while reducing a work load applied to a pharmacy.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a pharmacy support system. Then, the pharmacy support system according to the present invention comprises: account management means for managing a pharmacy account and a customer account which are used in message service; prescription management means for managing content of a prescription prepared for a customer; message processing means for transmitting a selection type message through the message service according to a scenario according to the content of the prescription to the customer account from the pharmacy account, at timing according to the content of the prescription for each prescription, and receiving a selection type message relating to an answer transmitted to the pharmacy account from the customer account through the message service; message management means for managing a message which is transmitted/received by the message processing means; and pharmacy terminal processing means for supplying the message managed by the message management means to a pharmacy terminal provided on the pharmacy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
