With the phase changeover switch 2, bipolar and double-throw and equipped with an intermediate off-point, making a phase changeover by sliding a slide knob 3 as an operating part, a locking stepped part 6 is fitted at a slide hole 5 as a means of making the slide knob 3 as the slide operating part pause at the intermediate off-point.
