Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the phase compensating circuit realizing the phase compensation with simple circuitry.
CONSTITUTION: This phase compensating circuit is provided with an input side branching circuit 1 branching an input signal, a phase compensating circuit 2 securing the phase of the branched signal to be inputted to a high frequency circuit 3 according to a control signal, an output-side branching circuit 4 branching the signal to be outputted from the high frequency circuit 3, a double balance mixer 7 comparing the phase of the signal branched by each branching circuit and generating the voltage according to the phase difference and an arithmetic amplifier 8 outputting a control signal to the phase compensating circuit 2 while comparing the output voltage and the reference voltage of this double balance mixer.
