Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retardation film which has a positive A plate property and excellent in appearance and can be used as a polarizing element and to provide a polarizer which is thin and inexpensive and a display device by using the retardation film.SOLUTION: A retardation film is composed of a polypropylene composition including polypropylene polymerized by using a metallocene catalyst and 1, 2, 3-propane tricarboxylic acid compound and/or a polypropylene resin composition including 1, 2, 3, 4-butane tetra carboxylic acid amide compound and has a positive A plate property. A polarizer and a display device using the same are further provided.
