PURPOSE: To compensate the temperature of an output signal having a phase temperature characteristic approximated by a polygonal line with high accuracy by connecting in series plural partial temperature compensating circuits set to different characteristics.
CONSTITUTION: A temperature partially compensating circuit 4 combines a phase control circuit 6 in which a phase difference between input and output signals is varied in proportion to a control voltage and a control voltage generating circuit 5 to which a temperature sense voltage VT is inputted, which generates a voltage increasing or decreasing monotonously at a temperature being above or below a specific threshold temperature and generates a prescribed control voltage VCNT at a temperature except the above. Also, this circuit 4 is constituted by one or connecting in series plural circuits. In the circuit 5 constituted of a transistor TR, a reference voltage and the temperature sense voltage VT are inputted to one base and the other base, respectively, and a differential couple for outputting the control voltage VCNT from a collector is used. In such a state, by adjusting the reference voltage and the gain of the TR differential couple, the threshold temperature and a variation rate of the control voltage to the temperature are set arbitrarily. As a result, a non-linear output phase temperature characteristic by which a relation between a temperature and an output phase can be approximated by a polygonal line can be compensated.
