To solve problems that, though a large number of pest control agents are used, their effects are insufficient, their uses are limited as the pest acquire resistance, they have strong toxicity to humans, animals and fishes, they disturb an ecological system by their remaining and so forth, thus, develop a novel pest control agent high in safety with having little aforesaid defects.
This phenacylamine derivative is expressed by general formula I [A is an alkyl, cycloalkyl, (substituted) phenyl, pyridyl or pirazolyl; R1 and R2 express each an alkyl or together form a 3-6 membered carbon ring; R3 expresses H, an alkyl, alkoxyalkyl, alkylthioalkyl or COR4; X expresses a halogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkoxy, alkenyloxy, alkynyloxy, alkylthio, alkenylthio, alkynylthio, nitro, cyano, (substituted) phenol, phenoxy, benzyloxy, pyridyloxy or the like; n expresses 0-5 integer]. Its salt is also claimed.
