Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject phenol resin composition capable of preventing leakage of capacitor electrolyte and contamination due to the electrolyte.
CONSTITUTION: This phenol resin composition comprising 100 pts.wt. of a phenol resin, 3-10 pts.wt. of resorcinol, 50-150 pts.wt. of a silicon oxide and 100-200 pts.wt. of glass fibers; wherein the chlorine ion content of the composition is ≤50ppm.
