Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a phenolic resin molded product with high mechanical strength, excellent in dimensional stability when immersed in water or gasoline.
CONSTITUTION: This molded product contains glass fibers as filler. The content of glass fibers each ≤150μm in length in the whole glass fibers is ≤15wt.% with the lower limit being pref. 10wt.%. Preferably, the phenolic resin contains an aralkyl-modified phenolic resin.
