Abstract:
To provide a bactericidal or insecticidal agent for agriculture and horticulture which is highly effective even when used in a small amount and which is highly safe for object crops.
A phenyl carbamate compound represented by formula (1) [wherein A is an optionally substituted oxathiolene or dithiolene ring; X is a hydrogen atom or the like; and G is -NHCOOMe, -N(Me)COOMe or the like] and its salt acceptable as an agrochemical are provided. An agrochemical containing the same is also provided. The bactericidal agent and the insecticidal agent for agriculture and horticulture contain the same.
